3 Great Honeymoon Destinations Californians Might Not be Thinking About.

You’ve tied the knot, you’ve enjoyed Special Event Proz spinning some great tunes at your reception, now what? Go on your honeymoon of course…but where?

Admittedly, there are near several awesome destinations near us. Big Sur, Hawaii, Boulder, Vegas, or even Cabo are within reach, but don’t you want to do something different…something not everyone else is doing?  What if you could take a flight and have a great experience that’s unique.

Here are three great honeymoon Destinations, in no particular order, that would make for an excellent and unique honeymoon experience.

Destin Florida: Known as the world’s luckiest fishing village, Destin is so much more than a place that has the America’s largest private fishing fleet. Destin offers a small beach town experience with some of the most beautiful, sugar white beaches in the world. Destin consistently rates as one of the top ten beaches in the America. While it remains popular with many in the southeast, it is still relatively undiscovered by others. Check out video to get a look.

New Orleans: Yeah, this one is already well known, but NOLA is so much more than voodoo and Bourbon Street. Yes, it is a party city, and that’s exactly why some honeymooners choose it, but for those who aren’t partiers, this city is so much more. With a tremendous history, some of the best cuisine on the planet, and a charm like no other, New Orlean’s has something for everyone… especially lovers.

Key West Florida: Speaking of History, this southernmost destination is probably the most alternative place on the east coast, and the history shows that. Originally a settlement filled with pirates, looters, and the like, Key West is now a popular destination for snorkel enthusiasts, and scuba divers. It is also a haven for artists, writers, and musicians. Among some of the most famous of those writers, is Earnest Hemingway who lived here until his death. It is also extremely LGBTQ friendly, and every local there walks to a beat of different drum. So much, in fact, that in 1982 Key West actually seceded from the U.S. and renamed itself the Conch Republic for a short period of time. The two by four-mile island is surrounded by some of the most beautiful waters in the US. There’s an awful lot of things to say about this destination, but we would recommend checking out this site for more info.

If you’re looking to make great memories in your lives together, these destinations are the perfect place to start.
